Standard features for this particular product include foam covered handlebars, steel frame, a weight capacity of 300 lbs. and a water bottle holder.

According to its manufacturer, the machine’s bidirectional hydraulic resistance makes the workout more challenging. It has a computer system that records distance, time, calories burned and heart rate. The makers of the brand also boast of the cross trainer’s folding feature that gives an easy-to-store advantage. Several buyers, though, have rated the product and found it wanting. Strangely enough, it is not the features that have been the main focus of most of the complaints but the lack of instruction on how to put the machine together.
